AxoMem builds modular digital twin software for real-world operations - from large acute care hospitals and complex buildings to datacenters, networks and edge environments. Our platform brings together a high-performance C++ graph engine, immersive 3D visualisation, AI and machine learning, edge intelligence and trust services. Healthcare is our initial focus, but everything here is general-purpose technology you can apply across industries.

You can self-host the platform on your own infrastructure, or let us host and operate it for you as a managed service we call Axoverse. The building blocks of the platform are described below - pick any to expand its details, or jump to Platform Capabilities for how each one maps to the Digital Twin Consortium Capabilities Periodic Table.

Core Platform

xBase Core C++ graph engine - the platform foundation. Real-time data management, integration and analytics at billion-object scale.

xBase is the core component and foundation of the platform - a proprietary C++ graph engine handling data management, integration and analytics. It can trigger processing on the arrival of new data in soft real-time.

It is architected so that part of the graph can run on edge devices, leveraging GPU acceleration (e.g. Jetson-class hardware) where available, while running most server services there as well. This same engine powers both centralised server deployments and edge deployments via xWorld Remote.

See how xBase maps to the Digital Twin Consortium Capabilities Periodic Table on the platform page.

xBase Analytics Analytics layer over xBase - computed valuesets and analytical processing across graph data.

xBase Analytics is the analytics layer built over the xBase graph engine, providing computed valuesets and analytical processing across graph-based data. Spatial and mathematical analytics run natively in C++ services, with wider analytics available via embedded Python.

User Experience

xScape & xScape Pro Unity-based visualisation layer. xScape covers the core 2D/3D experience; xScape Pro adds immersive AR/VR.

xScape and xScape Pro form the user experience and visualisation layer, built on a Unity-based client.

xScape (Core) provides:

  • In-client visualisation of graphs, relationships, valueset results and graph-based data
  • Real-time monitoring and visualisation of newly arrived data
  • Native game engine visualisation via the Unity-based client
  • Native 3D rendering, including from LiDAR and other point cloud data sets
  • Standard dashboards based on computed valuesets within the platform

xScape Pro (Extension) adds immersive capabilities:

  • Augmented Reality (AR) via HoloLens 2.0
  • Virtual Reality (VR) via Meta Quest 2
  • Potential support for any device supported by Unity

Advanced custom visualisation (via extensions or third-party tools through APIs) and richer entity-relationship and design-time / schema-enforcement views remain on the backlog.

Intelligence

Axelle AI and machine learning component. Virtual assistant framework, generative AI integration and ML via PyTorch and scikit-learn.

Axelle is the AI and machine learning component of the platform. It provides:

  • A virtual assistant framework, with training and testing frameworks in Python
  • Integration with generative AI via APIs
  • Machine learning integration through PyTorch and scikit-learn, with the option of the embedded C++ PyTorch interface for higher performance

Backlog items include native command-and-control, finite-state orchestration and enhanced prescriptive recommendations.

IoT & Edge

xWorld Remote IoT, OT and edge component. Device management, control system integration and edge video analytics on Thor-class hardware.

xWorld Remote is the IoT, OT and edge component. It provides device management and integration with control systems and sensors, with full Linux systemd integration for device security and EdgeX integration under consideration.

xWorld Remote now includes the edge components for video-based analytics running on the Thor device. This is the underlying component for the video analytics work at EGH, bringing edge AI and intelligence - making decisions at the device level on real-time video data rather than transporting all data to the cloud.

Authoring

Axoverse Studio Asset Management Module Digital twin model repository and asset management - extracts assets and structured data from large Revit/BIM projects.

The Axoverse Studio Asset Management Module is the digital twin model repository and asset management capability - storing, managing and retrieving the metadata that describes digital twin models (formal data names, definitions, structures and integrity rules).

Built on experience with large 1000+ bed hospitals, it is reusable across other large-scale buildings, manufacturing facilities and comparable complex sites: its core function is extracting assets and structured digital twin data from any large Revit project. It also includes a library of pre-built open-source 3D FBX objects and full building models for use in digital twin visualisation and simulation.

Trustworthiness

xPrivacy Trustworthiness component - privacy and data protection across the platform.

xPrivacy is the trustworthiness component, providing privacy and data protection capabilities across the platform. PII data is one-way hashed or encrypted, with per-user unlock keys in the client and on-premise gateway support so no PII is directly accessible in public cloud or GenAI public services.

Solution Templates

Solution templates are reusable scaffolding - data patterns, structures and integrations - that accelerate development of new digital twin offerings for a specific domain. They are not end-user products on their own; they are the underlying components used to build vertical solutions on top of the Axoverse platform.

xPatient Healthcare solution development template.

xPatient is a healthcare solution-development template - the underlying component used to build healthcare digital twin solutions on top of the Axoverse platform. Rather than being a single end-user product, it provides the reusable healthcare-specific scaffolding, data patterns and structures that accelerate development of new healthcare offerings.

Substrata Datacenter, networking, edge and operations digital twin template.

Substrata is a solution-development template for datacenter, networking, edge and operations digital twins. It provides the reusable patterns for modelling and managing physical and virtual infrastructure as a digital twin - representing the stack (from edge devices through to central infrastructure) for monitoring, orchestration, resilience and self-healing.

It supports consistent management paradigms that scale from edge to core, and aligns with multi-tier edge architectures spanning far edge through hyperscale.
